Still Time to get Fresh! with LINPAC Packaging

Published 08 October 2013 | By LINPAC Packaging

Food packaging buyers, retailers and food processing professionals interested in attending one of LINPAC Packaging’s popular Fresh! seminars still have time to put their names down to attend.

Events have already been held in the UK and Verona, Italy, but more are planned in Hungary and Spain and another is to be held in the UK which will focus on the convenience market and LINPAC Packaging's new Freshware range which has been specially developed for the sector.

Attendees will see the latest products and technology currently in development at LINPAC and find out more about how new materials and packaging processes can help retain freshness, cut waste and offer a more attractive product to consumers, supporting companies' efforts to save money and boost the bottom line.

Joanna Stephenson, Vice President Marketing & Innovation at LINPAC Packaging who will speak at the seminars, said: "The Fresh! seminars look at the future of the food processing and packaging industry and show how it will be affected by the changing social, economic, political and technological landscape.

"We bring together experts from across the supply chain who can give a clear picture of the trends affecting our industry. This is a great opportunity to gain new insights to support decision-making for future business success."

Speakers at Fresh! represent many decades of experience in industry, food packaging, technology and materials research. They include Alan Davey, Director of Innovation at LINPAC. He is one of the UK's most widely skilled polymer and environmental practitioners and has created a skilled and dynamic team at LINPAC which today is developing radical and far-thinking packaging solutions.

The dates for the Fresh! seminars are:

  • Budapest, Hungary - October 24
  • Madrid, Spain - November 6
  • Lincoln UK (Convenience & Freshware) - November 12
